The passage of the storm Barry in Tamaulipas left at least 330 homes that suffered damage due to the entry of water that reached a strap of up to 50 centimeters, according to the news agency Quadratín Mexico.
The storm touched land on Sunday, June 29 in the immediate vicinity of the municipality of Tampico Alto, Veracruz, quickly weakening tropical depression. However, its cloud bands produced heavy rains in the center and northern Veracruz, and torrential in the center and south of Tamaulipas, mostly in the upper basin of the Guayalejo River.
Over four days, effects were recorded due to the increase in the Guayalejo River levels, impacting the municipalities of Jaumave, Llera, Gómez Farías, Casas, Xicoténcatl, Ocampo and El Mante.
The agency said that no deceased or injured people have been reported. In the municipality of González, Tamaulipas, the authorities report stable conditions in the municipal capital, without flood damage or housing damage.

In the ejido La Reforma, where the greatest impact for the rains was recorded, the supply of electricity and access to drinking water is preserved through the distribution of jugs. As part of the humanitarian aid actions, 3 thousand pantries and 14 thousand liters of water have been provided to families.
The authorities reported:
- 330 homes impacted by the entry of water with levels of up to 50 centimeters, although currently they no longer present accumulations.
- The qualification of 32 temporary shelters that gave attention to 125 people.
- Evacuation of 175 people who lived high -risk areas.
- Damage to five road sections and six vehicular bridges, which are repaired
