Irina Shayk has finally parted with her West Village condo.

The Russian supermodel sold her apartment at 166 Perry Street for $3.25 million, or roughly $1,300 per square foot, according to public records.

The deal came nearly a decade after Shayk initially sought to offload the duplex and was $1 million less than she asked for the unit when it hit the market again last summer.

The buyer is a trust linked to Jessica Blair Ashner, whose father, Michael Ashner, heads the property management and real estate investment firm, Winthrop Capital Partners. Samuel Ashner, Jessica’s brother, and Carolyn Tiffany, a former executive with Winthrop, are named as trustees. Samuel serves as Winthrop’s managing director.

Shayk, who has appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit edition, purchased the duplex from the sponsor for just under $2 million in 2010.

Unit 1C spans 2,500 square feet and has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also features floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen. Amenities in the 19-unit building include a 24-hour doorman, fitness center and rooftop terrace.

Compass’ Adrian Radomski, Nicholas Lounsbury and Justin Hopwood had the listing. Radomski declined to comment on the transaction.

Samuel and Jessica Ashner could not be immediately reached for comment.

In 2016, Shayk paid $6 million for a two-bedroom condo at the Witkoff Group’s 150 Charles Street, known for its list of high-profile buyers including Ben Stiller and Jon Bon Jovi.

The 39-year-old model has appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit edition and has been featured in runway shows for brands such as Versace, Valentino and Burberry. In 2017, she had a daughter with her then-partner, actor Bradley Cooper, though the two split about two years later.

Elsewhere in the West Village, actress Claire Danes and her husband, actor Hugh Dancy, sold their abode earlier this month for just under $10 million. The couple bought the four-bedroom townhouse for $7 million in 2012.
