With more than nine decades of history, Grupo Flecha Amarilla (GFA) has gone from being a benchmark in mobility to becoming a key player in the sustainable transformation of Mexico.

Since 2023, the company established a business model where sustainability is not an added value, but rather the guiding axis of its corporate strategy, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In 2024, the group expanded its environmental and social commitment, involving thousands of employees in volunteer programs and setting measurable goals for continuous improvement. By 2025, this vision is consolidated into a comprehensive sustainability strategy that permeates all its business lines: transportation, messaging, hotels and franchises. Each service reflects the same promise: moving Mexico without compromising tomorrow.

“Innovation and responsibility are not separate paths, but rather the same commitment to Mexico and to future generations,” says José Manuel Gómez Landero, Commercial Director of Mobility at GFA.

The group’s ESG strategy is articulated in four pillars: Planet, Communities, Talent and Governance. Under the Planet pillar, GFA integrated 169 EURO VI buses and electric units, reducing more than 2,424 tons of CO2 in addition to offsetting emissions through carbon credits and environmental conservation projects.

In Communities, the social focus translates into tangible results: 3,500 kilograms of food donated, 79,000 kilometers traveled in humanitarian support and more than 14,000 collaborators participating in volunteer actions that strengthen the link with the regions where it operates.

The Talent pillar reinforces the idea that sustainability starts from within. In 2024, GFA provided 475 training courses, recognized 150 exemplary drivers in road safety, and promoted well-being and workplace safety programs that consolidate a culture of respect and human development.

Finally, under Governance, the company reaffirms its leadership with management based on ethics, transparency and accountability, integrating risk controls and compliance mechanisms that guarantee responsible decisions.

These practices make it possible for each project, investment and strategic alliance to be executed under criteria of responsibility, guaranteeing a long-term sustainable positive impact.

The company will continue to promote strategic alliances, adopt new clean mobility technologies and explore green financing schemes, consolidating an environmental culture inside and outside the organization through its position as a leading mobility and services company in Mexico.

Thus, Grupo Flecha Amarilla demonstrates that sustainability, innovation and profitability can coexist as engines of growth. Its strategy not only redefines mobility, but also sets the course for how Mexican companies can build value for their communities, the country and the planet.
