Tal Alexander’s Wife Moves Out of Manhattan Supertall Apt

Tal Alexander no longer has a connection to the Billionaires’ Row property he proudly flaunted while building his profile as a top New York City luxury broker.

Alexander’s estranged wife, Arielle Alexander, vacated the apartment Monday night in advance of the lease expiring on April 1. Arielle, who gave birth to the couple’s first child late last year, filed for divorce in January.

Tal has been in federal custody since his arrest in December. He and his brothers, Oren and Alon Alexander, are being held at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

The owner of the unit, whose identity is hidden, last week served Tal with a nonpayment notice for allegedly failing to pay rent for March, setting the former top broker up for possible eviction. The unit is currently on the market, asking $55,000 a month, according to StreetEasy.

Adam Turbowitz, an attorney for Arielle, confirmed that she moved out of the apartment.

Tal moved into the Billionaires’ Row supertall, developed by CIM Group and Macklowe Properties, in 2019, according to a post on his Facebook page. He wrote that the building was representative of the “pinnacle lifestyle” in New York.

“Here’s to manifesting ideas that in turn become a reality @alexanderteam @officialpartners,” he wrote last year on Facebook.

The unit came into the spotlight when the FBI arrested Tal, Oren and Alon on sex trafficking charges in December. Tal was arrested at his parents’ waterfront home in Bal Harbour after taking a last-minute flight, while Oren and Alon were arrested at their respective Miami Beach homes. The brothers have denied the allegations.

Authorities said in January they recovered videos and photos at the 432 Park apartment that show Oren and Alon, along with unidentified third parties, “engaged in sexual contact” with apparently intoxicated women.

The videos showed at least one of the brothers and another man “physically manipulated the women’s bodies to have sex with them while the women did not actively participate in the sexual activity or turned away,” prosecutors wrote.

The hard drive containing the videos was found in a closet that seemed to include items that belonged to Oren, who previously lived at the apartment, according to prosecutors.

The FBI also raided Oren and Alon’s homes the day of their arrests.

As part of a bail package that federal judges ultimately rejected, criminal defense attorney Howard Srebnick offered Tal’s apartment for the brothers to stay in during their upcoming trial in New York. At the time, Srebnick said he didn’t know the address, but described it as an apartment “on a higher floor with no balconies.”

Tal planned to move to Miami with Arielle and their infant son into a new home he was building in Miami Beach, according to his attorney, Jason Goldman. But the former top broker has been in custody on federal sex trafficking charges since December.

It’s unknown where Arielle is headed after vacating the Billionaires’ Row unit.
