In 2025, 482,165 job offers were registered on the OCC online job board, with the manufacturing industries, repair and maintenance services, information technology and financial services as the main hiring sectors.
The firm reported more than 13 million registered users last year to search for employment.
These were the 10 most requested positions:
- Accounting assistant/accountant
- sales executive
- Administrative Assistant
- Bilingual interpreter
- Warehouse Clerk
- Receptionist
- Financial advisor
- Production supervisor
- Assistant director
- Human Resources Generalist
Of the universe of the salary range of the offers, 46% were made up of incomes of 10,000 to 20,000 pesos; 40% for income over 20,000 pesos; 13% from 5,000 to 10,000 pesos, and 1% for up to 5,000 pesos, according to a statement.

Of the 13 million people registered, 51% had a university degree, 17% had a high school degree, 10% had a postgraduate degree, 9% had not completed university, 7% had basic education and 6% had technical studies.
The main areas of specialization of candidates for a job position were administration, sales, engineering, logistics-transport-distribution-warehouse, customer service-call center, information technologies-systems, manufacturing-production-operation, accounting-finance, human resources and health sector.
