More than 60 chefs and 40 national and international brands will come together to offer a multisensory experience where luxury, tradition and innovation are served at the same time. This year, the festival will recognize the Best New Chefs 2025, a generation of chefs who reinterpret the flavors of our country with a contemporary look.
For the first time, Buick Mexico joins as an official manufacturer, presenting a tent of evolutionary experiences that connect gastronomy with the design and mobility of the future. Mexican cuisine, the central inspiration of the festival, will have a leading presence in the section Fire: 30 spaces dedicated to fire, the product and the passion for local ingredients, headed by figures such as Pedro Martín (Bulla), Israel Aretxiga (Zeru), Lula Martín del Campo (Cascabel), Ricardo Muñoz Zurita (Azul Restaurantes) and Paulina Abascal (Epicure Catering), among many others.
The festival will be dressed in Cochinilla Grana, Bugambilia Pink and Frida Blue tones, evoking the sensory richness of Mexico. During the two afternoons, the atmosphere will be transformed into a great party with the presence of Los Panchos, who are celebrating 80 years of experience, and Salón Tenampa, a centenary icon of traditional Mexican music.

Behind every bite is a commitment to quality and sustainability. The festival will have the support of ComePesca and its initiative #PescaConFuturoas well as producers and brands that represent the excellence of the Mexican countryside and sea: from Dolores Premium Tuna, Bluefiná and Sol Azul Oysters, to USMeat cuts and organic vegetables from Ecobrotes.
The experience will be complemented by tastings of Bacardi, Patron Tequila, St. Germain and Jim Beam, live DJ music, landscape settings designed by Huatán and photographic spaces that will turn every moment into a shared memory.

There is also a program of experiences during the two days of activities, where attendees will be able to taste and learn about products from experts and enjoy dishes created by the best chefs in the country and Mexican and international cuisine.

More than a gastronomic festival, the Food & Wine Festival 2025 is a tribute to Mexico and Mexican women: to their roots, their creativity and their inexhaustible capacity to reinvent themselves through flavor.
