By 2025, when most people are expected to look for a new job offer, many companies have some plans ready to retain talent, according to a consultation made to members of human resources areas in Mexico and the rest of America. Latina.

Among the plans told by human resources representatives to the Pandapé company, it is recorded that 5 out of 10 companies in the region will offer career plans and training to their staff. Also, 4 out of 10 will take actions to improve the organizational climate.

Four out of 10 said they will seek to offer salaries in line with the market, and three out of 10 said they will address manager training.

Finally, two in 10 said they will look to offer more flexibility to staff.

In this way, companies hope to stop the resignations of talent, which in the region were due to already established causes.

According to human resources members, the main reason why 6 out of 10 quit their jobs this year was for a better salary.

The second reason was for professional growth, and the third for personal and work balance.

Greater flexibility and the lack of more empathetic leadership were the fourth and fifth main reasons why some quit their jobs this year.
