A restaurant’s journey from concept to launch is often filled with questions about the future and whether it can succeed in the market. For Eduardo Santillán, Director of Operations at Big Jimmy’s, scalability is key in any business, especially this one.
“Our growth is constant and is supported by solid processes,” says Santillán. “This year we plan to open five new branches and, in the medium term, expand throughout the country.”
