Puerto Cancún writes a new chapter in its history as a luxury destination with the arrival of SLS Ocean Beach Residences, the fifth tower that joins the SLS Cancún complex, a community that has transformed the concept of beachfront living in Mexico.
The development is led by the partners: Carlos Ancira, CEO of Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe and founding partner of Related México; Roberto Kelleher, CEO and founding partner of Inmobilia; Antonio Elosúa, Co-chairman and partner of Ucalli.
The project is by the renowned architect Bernardo Fort Brescia, founder of Arquitectónica, author of the architectural design, and Beatriz Peschard, partner of Bernardi + Peschard Arquitectos, responsible for the interior design.

SLS Ocean Beach Residences offers a boutique collection of 89 luxury residences, all with panoramic ocean views. The double-height lobby will house a curation of contemporary art selected by the Related Group team, reaffirming the project’s commitment to design, culture and global aesthetics.
The tower will have 20 levels and residences between 217 and 903 m², available in 3, 4 and 5 bedroom configurations, in addition to 5 penthouses and 2 garden houses. Each space is designed to offer privacy, spaciousness and cutting-edge technology: hurricane-resistant windows, almost three-meter ceilings, premium marble floors, Italian kitchens with Smeg appliances, and exclusively designed bathrooms.
Residents will also have access to a series of amenities that turn daily life into a resort experience: kids’ club, high-performance gym, spa with massage rooms, semi-Olympic pool, mini-golf, petanque court, barbecue areas and optional banquet service.
