Authorities reported on Monday of the arrest of Diego Altamirano Vilchis and Derek Abraham Altamirano Vilchis, alias “Hard”, members of the criminal organization the anti-union force for the crime of drug traffic or trade of small-scale illicit drugs in the Venustiano Carranza Mayor’s Office, in Mexico City.

In a statement, the Ministry of Citizen Security and Protection (SSPC) said that during the arrest of Diego ‘N’, 21 years old, and Derek Abraham ‘N’, 23, were also secured six cell phones, various doses of drugs and two identifications.

The SSPC explained that the operation was derived from the monitoring of the criminal group dedicated to drug trafficking in Mexico City, so security agents carried out cabinet and field research work that allowed to locate two buildings related to the criminal organization.

“Fixed and mobile surveillances were implemented to collect evidence that were delivered to a control judge, who granted the commandments to intervene the homes,” said the document on the two cateo orders.

The operation was coordinated by elements of the Ministry of Citizen Security (SSC) and Personnel of the SSPC, Ministry of National Defense (Defense), Secretary of the Navy (Semar), Attorney General’s Office (FGR) and National Guard (GN) in coordination with the Attorney General’s Office (FGJ) of the country’s capital.

The anti-union force is rival of the Union of Tepito since 2017, both are considered the main criminal organizations that operate in Mexico City and the surrounding municipalities and are responsible for the wave of violence that the capital lives.
