Authorities secured a motorcycle, a helmet, a reflective vest and a car possibly used in the murder of two nearby collaborators of the head of government of Mexico City, Clara Brugada.
The motorcycle was located at a short distance from the site where the attack occurred, on the Tlalpan road, in the Modern Colony of the Mayor’s Office Benito Juárez, while the car of the Nissan shipowner was found in the Iztacalco Mayor’s Office.
“The Attorney General’s Office and the Ministry of Citizen Security maintain a close coordination for the development of the investigations and will provide information to the relatives of Ximena Guzmán and José Muñoz, as well as to the rest of the population, as the inquiries progress,” said the institution and the agency in a joint statement.
