The members of the Los Alegres del Barranco group, together with their promoter Yani Camarena and his legal representative, appeared on May 6 before Court 16 of Puente Grande, Jalisco, accused of apology of the crime, according to a note from the website process.
The imputation arises from a concert offered on March 29 at the Telmex Auditorium in Zapopan, where the group projected a video with images of Nemesio “El Mencho” Oceguera, leader of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG), during the interpretation of “The owner of the palenque.”
Those indicated, Armando Moreno Álvarez, José Pavel Moreno Serrano, José Carlos Moreno Álvarez and Cristóbal Reyes López, face precautionary measures dictated by Judge Gildardo Joel Landeros Parra, which include an economic guarantee of 300,000 pesos for each, adding 1.8 million pesos, and the prohibition of leaving Jalisco for six days, until the next hearing next Monday.

The State Prosecutor’s Office opened two additional folders for alleged similar acts in Cihuatlán and Tequila, where the group would have exhibited narcocorridic letters that allude to organized crime in a “narco-karaoke”.
Governor Pablo Lemus Navarro described the recidivism as a “mockery” to justice, criticizing the mayors of both municipalities for authorizing the events despite signed commitments to avoid the apology of crime.
Lemus also asked the Prosecutor to cite to declare the municipal presidents of Cihuatlán and Tequila, arguing that the licenses for these shows make them co -responsible.
