MEXICO CITY.- A control judge determined to link Ximena ‘N’ for the crime of discrimination, after it went viral in social networks for insulting a policeman from the Ministry of Citizen Security (SSC) in the Countess neighborhood, after allegedly refusing to pay a parking meter, according to the Quadratín Mexico agency.
During the hearing held on Monday in the Courts of Doctor Lavista, that resolved that Ximena will face the process in freedom, but with precautionary measures, including the payment of 97,000 pesos as repair of the damage, to offer public apologies to the attacked police and present themselves monthly to sign before the judge.
He was also forbidden to leave the country and was ordered to comply with community work days in the Council to prevent and eliminate discrimination from Mexico City.

Elements of the capital police guarded the property to avoid new incidents, after Friday was insulted and exposed to the outside of the courts. Even so, this Monday a group of citizens met again outside the place, where they launched eggs and shouted slogans with speakers.
Nicknamed in social networks such as “Lady racist”Ximena will remain under judicial supervision while the criminal process for discrimination against him progresses.
