The Morelos Congress dismissed prosecutor Uriel Carmona Gándara, after the State Executive asked the Legislative to process the request for final separation from the entity’s lawyer, Milenio reported.
According to the media, among the arguments, Congress considered that Carmona Gándara does not meet the permanence requirements in office and pointed out the alleged commission of crimes, such as the cover -up of femicide in the case of the young Ariadna Fernanda.
The determination of the Legislative occurred after early this Thursday Carmona Gándara published that the Prosecutor’s Office had requested a trial of lawlessness against former Governor Cuauhtémoc White to be investigated for the alleged crime of rape in the degree of attempt against Nidia Fabiola ” N ”, half sister of the former soccer player.
Fabiola denounced the current federal deputy Cuauhtémoc Blanco in October 2024 before the State Prosecutor’s Office.
