Argentine pilot Franco Colapinto will replace Jack Doohan at the Icola Grand Prix on May 18.
It will be the first race of the Argentine with Alpine in Formula 1, said Julien Febreau, journalist of Canal+ de France.
Ear ESPN reported that Alpine considered changing Jack Doohan for Franco Colapinto just in time for the next F1 race in Icola.

ESPN added that Jack Doohan position in F1 has been under constant scrutiny since Alpine signed Collapint, as a pilot reserves in January.
