The first video that Daniela Rodrice uploaded to YouTube was called “15 things about me,” and precisely her personality has catapulted her to be one of the most important creators of comedic and self-referential content in the country. He now has 2.5 million subscribers on YouTube and 11 million followers on TikTok. And it all started with the need to express who you are.
“When I started creating content, my motivation was to find a place where people would listen to me, or not, maybe… But to make a space where I could talk about the things that I wanted to communicate to the world,” says the creator and businesswoman from Sinaloa.

Daniela is a brand magnet, she has several collaborations in her videos showing and testing different products. And recognizes the importance of sponsors in this ecosystem.
“I would not exist if they were not there. To begin with, the brands support the content we are making, and that is very important. If there is no money, many things cannot be moved, unfortunately,” he says.
And this journey began by telling the world who Daniela Rodrice is, and that is what she suggests to anyone who wants to make content: “My advice to new people who want to get into this is: know yourself well. You have to know if this is really for you because, although it may seem like it is simple, it really is a job that demands a lot, you need a lot of tranquility, a lot of peace of mind and you need to know that you want to be in this to endure everything that comes with this career,” she says.
Daniela has been making videos for eight years, before the content ‘boom’ began and before the effervescence of the “creator economy”. You know that there is now a very large offer of content and it is a challenge to stand out among so many people, so it is very important to be “unique” among all those who are trying.

And to achieve this you don’t need to be someone else; In fact, authenticity is essential to generating a community over time. Consider that creating a character or acting like someone you are not does not work in this world.
“To maintain a solid audience, the first thing is to be yourself. If you enter with a character, people will notice it, at this point it no longer works to have a character. What works is to be unique in this way, the public that sees you will be united with you regardless of whether you make content, marketing, advertising strategies, whatever. It will not work for you if your audience is not united with you,” warns the creator and founder of the Raldh Cosmetics brand.
