Miguel Torruco Garza, national director of Sports Promotion and Welfare, assured that he has a “great relationship” with Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone, whom he will ask to collaborate to improve Mexico’s bilateral relationship with the president-elect of the United States, Donald. Trump.
“There is a great relationship with Sylvester Stallone, he is very close to President Trump and he is possibly going to collaborate with President Trump, he has had conversations with him,” the official told Forbes Mexico.
“Everything that benefits Mexico will be taken into account,” he responded when asked if he will ask the actor to intervene to stop any Trump action against the Mexican economy.

The former Morena deputy recalled that in parallel there will be direct contact with foreign ministries to improve communication and bilateral relations between Mexico and the United States.
“But we have to take advantage of these friendships we have to add to the relationship,” he declared.
The head of the organization also said that in the coming days Sylvester Stallone could come to Mexico.
“It was already announced and the president already said yes. So we are just waiting for the agendas to be tied and to add to the bilateral collaboration,” he declared.
