New York, (EFE) .- US President Donald Trump accompanied by the Republican Senator by Pennsylvania Dave McCormick, announced an investment of 92,000 million dollars in artificial intelligence (AI) and data centers in this state, facilitated by large companies and technological such as Google or Blackstone.
Trump announced at the Energy and Innovation Summit, organized by McCormick in Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania), more than 56,000 million dollars in new energy infrastructure, as well as a project of 36,000 million dollars in new data centers: “In the coming weeks I will announce much more than that,” he anticipated.
“I think we are in a true golden age for the US. They will see real action here, so prepare. Many jobs, a lot of success,” he said.
In addition, he indicated that the funds announced today represent that the future will “build here, in Pennsylvania, in Pittsburgh and, I have to say it, in the United States of America.”

Dave McCormick stressed that the president’s visit to Pennsylvania and his leadership “have catalyzed an investment of 90,000 million dollars in the energy and AI revolution in Pennsylvania.”
The 92,000 million dollars apparently refer to the sum of the multiple investments that have been announced today while the event took place, including a Google, subsidiary of the Alphabet technology, which will allocate more than 3,000 million dollars in the largest hydroelectric agreement in the US with the Brookfield Asset Management company.
According to a statement, Google will modernize two hydroelectric plants in Pennsylvania owned by that company as part of initial energy purchase agreements at 20 years, which will provide up to 3,000 megawatts of this renewable energy.
Similarly, Google and Blackstone today announced at the summit that will invest 50,000 million dollars, 25,000 million each, in artificial intelligence centers (AI) and Energy in Pennsylvania and neighboring states.

In the next two years, Google will carry out this investment in the Middle Atlantic region (PMJ), considered the largest electricity grid in the country that covers thirteen states of the middle Atlantic and parts of the west medium and the south.
In a statement released moments before the event began, McCormick pointed out that Pennsylvania has qualified labor to build and operate “this critical infrastructure”, in addition to having universities “that promote innovation and strategic proximity to more than half of the population of the country.”
And said he felt “proud” to collaborate with President Trump and the business leaders who today went to the event in order to “boost a new era of industrial growth that helps to make the US dominate the energy while creating jobs and opportunities for working families of all pensilvania.”
Today’s summit attracted senior executives of multiple technological ones, including Meta, Anthropic, Blackrock and Amazon Web Services.
