The US president, Donald Trump, has called “derailed train” to his former ally, Magnate Elon Musk, and has anticipated the failure of a third political party in the US after the businessman announced the creation of one called America Party.
“I am sad to see Elon Musk losing his way completely, essentially becoming a derailed train in the last five weeks,” said the president in Truth Social this afternoon, referring to the period since the Tesla Executive left his position at the White House.
“He even wants to start a third political party, despite the fact that they have never prospered in the United States: the system seems not designed for them,” Trump added, who said that the country already has “enough” problems with the Democratic Party to add “chaos and disruption.”
The new game
Musk, who was supposedly going to leave the policy and focus on his companies after leaving the leadership of the Government Efficiency Department (Doge), said on Saturday that he would create a new political party after weeks expressing opposition to Trump’s fiscal and budgetary law.

Trump attributed that opposition of Musk to this law, again, to the elimination of incentives to electric vehicles such as Tesla, which ensures that the businessman knew in advance.
Meanwhile, Musk continued writing on X this Sunday about America Party, crossed out of “false” reports that pointed out that he had already been registered with the Federal Electoral Commission and reacted to Trump’s comments with Sneaker, considering that they reflect “fear.”
“The America Party is needed to combat the Republican/Democratic uniparide,” Musk said in a message, giving visibility to a graph with the thesis that the two parties have contributed to the increase in public debt in the US, one of his great concerns.
