WASHINGTON.- The US President, Donald Trump, signed his ambitious law of tax and budgetary cuts, a rule that today described as his “greatest victory so far” and that it is planned to increase the American deficit in the coming years, in addition to reducing the scope certain federal social assistance programs.

The legislation includes the collection of a 1% tax to remittances sent in cash from the US territory.

In an act held on the occasion of the National Holiday of Independence Day in the White House Garden, Trump signed the law that was approved yesterday by Congress.

In a previous speech pronounced from the Balcony of the White House, the president stressed that “such a mood has not been seen in many, many years and decades.”

Trump listed what he considers the triumphs of his almost six months back in office, mentioning “billion dollars” in new investments from abroad in the US, the agreement for NATO partners to invest more or “the historical maximum” in the labor market or the stock market, something that in this case is only true with respect to the nasdaq and s & p500 street indices.

In any case, the New Yorker stressed that the signing of the “great and beautiful fiscal and budgetary bill” means “formalizing the greatest victory so far” of its presidency.

The president said that the new law “includes the highest tax cut in the history of the United States, the highest expense of expenses, of 1.7 billion dollars”, “the greatest investment in border security in the history of the United States” and “one of the most vital military modernizations of all time.”

The bill, which encodes in law the tax deductions that Trump himself approved in 2017 during his first mandate (2017-2021), implies a cut of around 1 billion dollars in financing for services such as the Medicaid health plan or the assistance for the purchase of SNAP food, which according to Trump and many Republicans, means eliminating redundancies or fraud cases.

Various organizations estimate that the law will leave about 12 million residents in the US without access to federal aid.

The standard also increases by about 170,000 million dollars investment in border security and anti -immigration measures and in about 150,000 million in defense.

In addition to thanking the work of the Republican congressmen who managed to approve the law after a marathon voting session on Wednesday, Trump also charged in his speech against the Democratic Party, whose legislators voted this year against the law in both chamber of Congress.

The president said that the Democrats did not grant a single vote to the law because his “hatred towards the country, towards me or both is too great.”

During the event, Washington survived a B2 bomber, such as those who participated in the recent bombing on Iran nuclear facilities, escorted by two F-35 fighters

Some 150 aviators of the Misuri Whiteman Air Base, operational base for the B2 fleet, were present at today.

Trump thanked them for his work and insisted that the known “midnight hammer operation” was a success and meant the total destruction of the three facilities attacked, something that neither representatives of American intelligence nor the international organism of atomic energy (OIEA) have confirmed.
