An oceanfront mansion in the Hamptons that was featured in HBO’s “Succession” just notched a $59 million off-market deal.
The sprawling property at 115 Beach Lane in Wainscott traded last month, marking the second-highest sale achieved in the luxury enclave so far this year, Behind the Hedges reported. The outlet did not identify the buyer or the seller behind the deal.
The 2.5-acre estate hit the market in 2023, asking $55 million — $10 million more than what the seller paid for it just two years earlier. After a year on the market, the seller dropped the asking price to below $53 million and later pulled the listing.
The 11,000-square-foot home was built in 2018 for aviation entrepreneur David Susser and his wife, Marla. It has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a gym and a screening room. It also features a stone fireplace and a 22-foot glass wall overlooking the deck, outfitted with an infinity pool and outdoor kitchen.
The property — which was featured as the home of fictional billionaire Josh Aaronson in the HBO drama’s third season — includes a four-car garage and private beach access, according to a previous listing.
Bespoke Real Estate had the listing, while Coldwell Banker Warburg’s Natalie Ramu brought the buyer.
The deal is the second most expensive to close in the Hamptons since the start of 2026, trailing the $72 million trade of an East Hampton estate in early March. However, unlike the Wainscott deal, 43 East Dune Lane sold for significantly less than its last asking price of $85 million. The oceanfront property initially hit the market in 2024 for a whopping $120 million.
The two pricey deals come after a banner year for the Hamptons luxury market, which in 2025 saw its first nine-figure sale since 2023. Developer and founder of Access Industries, Len Blavatnik, sold his eight-and-a-half-acre property in Amagansett in July for $115 million.
