YouTube said it is in conversations with Televisaunivision to continue offering access to the content of the Mexican-American media company on YouTube TV.

Televisaunivision is a joint company between Grupo Televisa, the largest radio in Mexico, and the Spanish broadcast in the United States, Univision.

In a Tuesday publication in X, Univision said that YouTube TV plans to eliminate its content of its basic package of $ 83 on September 30 and “will force Hispanics to pay another $ 15 per month – a ‘Hispanic tax’ of 18% – to access Univision.” “Do the right thing, Google, otherwise this seems evil,” said the video.
