90Ten hired Blair Butler as senior director. Butler joins the investment firm from Crow Holdings, where she led retail acquisitions and helped manage a 173-property portfolio. At 90Ten, she’ll lead retail development and leasing efforts as the firm expands nationally.

Associa PMG Houston named Morgan Place as branch president. Place has been with the company since 2005 and will oversee operations, strategy and partnerships across the Houston office. She previously led teams focused on client services and employee development within the organization.

Supreme Lending hired Sarah Middleton as chief growth officer and chief marketing officer. Middleton previously held executive roles at Movement Mortgage and Fairway, where she launched coaching platforms and oversaw nationwide sales and recruiting. She’s tasked with elevating Supreme Lending’s national brand and expanding its loan officer base.

Skanska has added 24 employees to its Dallas construction team over the past year, including project engineers, assistant superintendents and field administrators. The firm also promoted five staffers and is hiring to support major education projects across North Texas, including work for Collin College and the University of North Texas.

Rebees Management Company hired Micah Hart as chief operating officer. Hart brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial and multifamily operations and will oversee assets including Sugar Land Town Square, GreenStreet in Houston and the firm’s upcoming Henderson Avenue development in Dallas.

Trademark Property Company promoted Noemi Gonzalez to general manager of Market Street – The Woodlands. Gonzalez, who previously served as marketing director, now oversees daily operations and tenant engagement at the 560,000-square-foot mixed-use property, which hosts up to 250 events per year.

Scannell Properties named Ryan Lovell director of development for Southeast Texas. Based in Houston, Lovell brings over 20 years of experience in industrial real estate and rail logistics. He was previously South Region vice president at Molto Properties for almost four years, according to LinkedIn.

Knightvest Capital promoted Madison Tappan to chief investment officer.
