The first stage of the renegotiation of the Mexico Treaty, the United States and Canada (TMEC) will be positive, thanks to the results achieved in the fight against drug trafficking and organized crime, as well as the strategy to bring peace and security to the entire country, said Larry Rubin, president of the American Society (AMSOC).

“We know that the fight against organized crime that is carrying out and leading Omar García Harfuch, because it has been doing quite well and that gives us a guideline to think that the renegotiation of the Free Trade Agreement, particularly the first stage is positive,” said the American businessman.

The trade for the United States is intertwined with the security issues in Mexico, so “we see the results in security, which the Secretary of Public Security and Citizen Protection, Omar García Harfuch,” said Rubin. “

For the manager, Mexico is having results in terms of the fight against organized crime, since “we know that the situation (security) is not simple and is missing for every corner of the country to be calm and live with peace.”

Larry Rubin recalled that they are attentive to consultations and times for the renegotiation of the Mexico Treaty, the United States and Canada, a commercial agreement that has strengthened the investment and companies of North America.

The president of the AMSOC said that they work so that the goals promoted between the governments of Mexico, the United States and Canada are achieved and more alignment in trade and economies.
